To ensure a smooth experience, please double-check your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your order. Regrettably, we are unable to process exchanges due to errors in these selections.

However, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct specifications. Our support team is available to assist you with any ordering needs.

Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed, and cancellation might not be possible.
  • A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied.

Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Within 30 days of delivery
  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered final and refunds are no longer available.

Returns and refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken.
  • The received product differs in design, size, or material from what was ordered.
  • The wrong item is received.
  • The product significantly differs from its description.

Items not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered.
  • Defective items, unless the defect is due to our fault.
  • Items without original tags.
  • Items with minor thread issues that are fixable.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements Please include a shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defects, and any relevant communications such as email screenshots.

Return and Refund Process

  • Provide the carrier’s tracking number for the returned items.

  • We will confirm receipt by email and issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
